Ability to add entities docked to your ship to a fleet

Currently, if you spawn in a rack of drones, you have to unlock them and add them to a fleet, I am proposing that if you have docked entities filtered in your nav, docked entities will be able to be added to a fleet.

This will be useful for carries, drone racks, home bases that have ships docked to them in the blueprint and several other vessel types.

You can add docked entities, when adding ships theres an option for "mother ships" and "docked" IIRC.

Already exists just needs a way to tell easier what is what due to naming conventions of docked things.
