Recognized Ability to Add Descriptions to Waypoints

Basically in the title. This occurred to me when I was making waypoints to asteroid fields. I just want to name my waypoints like this: 'Resource Extraction point 1A' with all the resources that could be found entered into a description box. It's just one of those things you probably won't realize you need until you have it.

I want this a lot. I also want it to be possible to create faction-wide waypoints, perhaps 10 per faction.
