A rotator system to better control degrees of traverse.

Rotators should have a system similar to the rail speed controller, by which you can control how many degrees it traverses via the attachment of multiple activators, the proportion of which are on to total determining the portion of a circle it goes around.

Having 22.5 or even lesser degrees would be nice. Personally I would have liked a computer/lua system, with the ability to use joints like the old turrets(I.E. you could make mini-gundams without a bunch of vulnerable and space-consuming logic blocks), but I guess that idea is dead since everything is meant to use the blocks.
