1/10 lines can't be used in a display module

Maybe, just let us use that last line of display module text.
I can't go below "1/10 new lines left."
And it seems pretty clear that we're supposed to be able to use that space for writing.

Just look at the empty space...

If you're using the format tags, the first line that your formatting is on can also have text written on it. This counts as a line.

That's not new, though I will admit, I can't seem to find a bug report for it.
I didn't bother reporting it, due to thinking "surely, this has been reported before, and searching the bug reports is a bigger ass-pain than I feel like dealing with"

It's been around since at least the Cargo update, and I have very hazy memories of it having been around since rails.
