0.092763, Missile damage not applied to shield capacity

    In 0.092763, if any of the 3 missiles hits a shielded ship, the shield hit effect and damage numbers don't appear.

    Also, missile damage is not applied to shield capacity. If the raw damage of the missiles (damage in the weapon configure screen) exceeds the shield cap, damage is applied to the blocks, but the shield cap stays the same. The firing ship, missiles and target are all in the same sector.

    It also looks like extra damage from missile radius as introduced in 0.09276 isn't working, since only raw damage counts.

    Here\'s the test setup. The ship on the left is the firing ship with loadsa missiles. The thing that\'s blown up is the target. Firing volleys of missiles at the target does nothing as long as the total damage of the missiles is lower than the shield cap of the target.

    You can see the cores of the two testing ships are quite close to each other so I can quickly check the regen rate. After getting damaged, the target should be regenerating it\'s shield cap, but it isn\'t.

    and because of that, missiles are useless against shielded ships. Its bad that the AMC is the only working weapon against strong shields. I think missiles should do thier damage they would do to the blocks to the shields.
