How I disable the administrator controls such as the "admin warp" button and the ability to enter any ship core in a local universe? Removing myself from the admin list doesn't work.

Back when we only had one world for local server stuff, I would just edit the server.cfg and there we go, but now it seems that every time I launch the game and load a local world, it resets the server.cfg and I can't change settings on any world. How do I fix this? ..And now to answer my own...
