I think it would be excellent to have variables for jump drive charging for display modules. I'm putting in a jump engine, and wanted to have a status display that wasn't entirely made up.
I was thinking:
% charged
Seconds of charging required before jump
Power consumption
Thoughts?
I would like the option to have the Ctrl key toggle advanced build mode off and on. I have a heroic pinky finger due to a lifetime of FPS gaming, but it's still convenient to not have to hold the button down when I'm doing a lot of advanced build stuff.
Perhaps you could implement it as a check...
Currently, you can't get the animated jump module texture or the texture of some decorative blocks with orientation (conduit, decorative pipes) to be oriented vertically. No matter how you rotate the block, the texture is always drawn in the XY plane. It would be nice if I could send pipes...
Like the title says, I'd like to suggest allowing the user to shift the orientation of the advanced build placement/copy/remove box by scrolling the mouse wheel while the advanced build menu is up and the placement box is snapped to an object.
I'm working on a set of modular builds right now...
