The dedicate server part starts fine from what I can tell from the logs... But the client just doesn't connect... The windows firewall is off, and no, I didn't block Java from access the localhost loopback....

In answer to your first question, I'm glad you didn't take the time to read the post... And I have tried running a local dedicated server and connecting to it locally, to no avail.

Hi All, I've been looking into this now for a couple of days and I've found no solution that works. When I launch Starmade, doesn't matter if I select singleplayer or multiplayer, when I click OK to start the game I just get a box that says 'Connecting' and that's it... It never actually...
