      It seems for me at least, that I can make docking/turret docking zones expand indefinitely in the x and z dimensions, but I can't seem to go more than 9 in the y dimension even if I add docking enhancers in the y dimension. Can anyone help me out here or show me an example of how to dock...

      Turret shooting down my own missiles.

      Yep, a faction module in each turret (my ship also) and entered the faction signature in them each. Wow, I really need to get more sleep. I moved my faction module on the mothership the other day and forgot to enter the faction signature.

      Just as the title says my own turrets are shooting down my own missiles, which renders my all missile ship kind of pointless with those turrets equipped. Is there any way to keep them from shooting my own missiles?

      Those 4,800 missiles are heatseekers (default speed), and my main weapons are missile/cannon/explosive. I'm not a fan of the missile/beam or missile/pulse combos as they take way too long to reload.
