I'm running on max settings, and I'm getting around 200fps which is causing huge screen-tearing issues. I've had to turn on v-sync, but all the other games I play that run at 200fps don't have screen tearing at all. Why?

Another thing completed: A huge optimization has been done to the physics. Ships that in the past crippled any server now barely make a dent in physics performance.... I can nearly hear myself saying "Push the update!" Nearly. ^.^

I've tried everything from disabling my firewalls and antiviruses to re downloading the game, to no avail. All my drivers are up-to-date. I've also tried running as administrator. EDIT: I managed to join a server, but then this happened.

While looking at a block with a block in build mode (So the Yellow box shows up) and then scroll, sometimes the yellow box well become fixed in the middle of your screen. EDIT; Sometimes this bug occurs regardless.
