I tried, still no use. I checked java, manually installed graphics drivers and played with settings like you said. Its still all wrong. I tried reinstalling the entire game too. Thanks for your time though. I haven't tried the memory settings yet, what should they be?

I seem to be able to see through walls! It looks as if the game doesn't quite finish drawing itself after I spawn. I am on Vista 64 and as far as I know I have the latest video card drivers installed. The card is ATI Radeon HD4850, but because of no more support for Vista the driver detector...

Just wondering if anyone can help on this. The large broken circle (which changes for lockons) is central in the HUD and fine, but the small white circle for the mouse is off-centre. It makes it a pain to use homing missiles. Solved: Screen resolution.

Every planet I approach looks like a flaming asteroid as I get close. I tried about 5 different planets all with different colour atmospheres from a distance, as I got close, giant flaming ball of death. I'm about to try to land on one. Am I missing something? The screenshot is below.
