      Docked Turrets and Ships Cloaked/Jammed?

      Say you have a moderate sized ship, with a jammer/cloaked installed. If you activated them, would its affect also reach over to docked turrets/ships? Or would you need separate hammers/cloakers installed separately per turret/ship, and have an AI use the cloaker?
