On our server, we have little ground vechiles that we make, its incredibly easy! all you have to do is make a ship that looks a bit like a car, or whatever and move it along a planet with gravity, just dont raise the ship up.

This would be a LOT harder to code, but instead of destroying blocks, when you use Missiles or Dis-Intergraters the blocks go flying everywhere, the blocks are still damaged, but they fly everywhere also destroying some blocks. However it would cause a LOT of server lag and it would only work...

I updated my Max segments option and It didn\'t make a differanc, I think maybe our ships may be corrupted :S
