Open house! (or something) I spawned all my builds or almost all my builds on the NFD build server. Come take a look if you want a closer look ingame on my builds The gate and all my ships are at 102, 1, 4. Only look, no touching.

I was more thinking on how the model would be showed and how many would be shown at the same time and so on, also it would probably decrease performance while in the catalogue menu(would probably only be shown when you click on details of a ship but still), at least if you got a station and some...

I say screen shots 3D models might be too much for the game and for most peoples computers, at least screen shots should be the default option and models an optional setting. Otherwise it is a brilliant idea, it helps a lot to see exactly what ship it is you are buying/spawning.

well if that becomes a thing and it needs to be in the signature... I guess some people might just pop it in their signature just because they can, unless it is somehow locked like the badges are.

Indeed, that's what I meant with a goof FoV, or FoF as you seem to call it. The turret I made can rotate a full 260 degrees on both axis

I can agree with that the new turret system is something we as older player need to get used to. And small turrets are darn difficult to make if they need too look good, have a good FoV, and a decent firepower

Small turrets are hard to make if they need to look good. At least our PDs look cute now :p

easiest way to find specific ships are to simply look through the C&C (community content) or use the magnifying glass in the top right and search for keywords, this usually bring up some good results.

their enjin is down because they ran out of premium days sooooo Either they let the server die or they are busy with real life stuff. Wouldn't suprise me if they are busy with school exams or maybe work.

I can agree with that. But it does feel a bit better to get killed by a Cube that looks good rather than one thats just pure systems or one with one layer of flat hull. Indeed there are some ships that looks like rectangles but that is either because the design is like that, the builder is not...

ohhh sorry, read wrong :P The files are also a lot smaller since they have been processed automatic when you save them. So the 50 GB video from fraps only uses around 5-10 GB (Might be completely wrong but you get the point)

degrades performance my ass. If it does that then you have a bad computer. At least I have never had trouble with it degrading my performance.
