do you have a raildocker on the ship you are trying to dock? Is it selected in your hotbar when you are trying to dock?

so what you want is be able to load ships into the virtual sector to test ships? the thing you said yourself is already possible to do? I don't see the point of this suggestion as what is being suggested is already in the game one way or another, and you even stated that yourself.

that thing I just showed you have nothing to do with the server.cfg. and you can already do everything you have been trying to suggest. So either you dont know how the game works or you are a dude that cant explain himself

Right now the scanner is useful to find hostiles in your system and to de-jam/cloak enemy ships. No idea if it can do more than that right now.
