Right now you can charge 5 jump drives with just one slot in your escape pod which gets hit very unlikely inside your ship and can jump straight out..
AFAIK, you lose the charge when you receive damage, thus having a drop-able shield plate might be useful to protect you against damage.

Open Gate + Show Push Cannon + Load Warhead (simultaneously)
Undock + Fire(activated by undock) + Increase cartridge iterator and load new warhead (simultaneously)
Unload Warhead (preserve cartridge iterator) + Hide Push Cannon + Then Close Gate (simultaneously)

Use this signal to trigger the push cannons and you don't have to worry about ship-movement while the dis-integrator warhead is not docked anymore.

The problem I see is that with 3x scale = 27x volume = 27x damage
= as powerful as 30-sec reload guns in just a single second.
