The command ship reminds me alot of the dark elf ships from thor: the dark world. These are all great looking ships though :D

I actually really like this, i'd love to be able to use remote connections :) The only thing that might be a problem, is that any sector with one of these radio blocks in would have to be loaded at all times incase a signal is sent to/from it.

Ok well you really shouldnt be having any heat problems with that. When you say its new, i guess you've fitted it yourself? You might want to get the thing appart again and check it out, something definatly isnt right.

Currently when you save a ship, i believe the data for the turrets/docked ships is stored within that ship blueprint aswell. As for your idea, its not bad, but probably isnt that practical and i can't see it being used a great deal. Unless you are using it simply to update your turrets to a new...

I've used both Dxtory and Fraps, the're ok, but i wasnt able to find a way to record good quality without the file sizes being mental. There are probably better programs.

Sounds like the graphics for focused fire are working, but its applying damage as if it wasnt focusing :confused:

You forgot shadows, they're a real performance killer, deffinatly want those off if you dont allready.

Love it, i'm really not fond of the current stations, something like this replacing them would be amazing. Plus it would be nice to just not come across the same thing all the time. I think something is planned to do with being able to choose the station designs that spawn which could interfere...

Something like that is planned anyway. Where the total "health" of the ship is dictated by the mass/number of blocks it is made of.
