Machine parts =/= Armored bodyparts. Maybe they\'d permanently increase your health? Because I don\'t know any powersuits that give you extra/replacement arms, legs, tentacles, tails and possibly even heads, or gives you redundant organs and armored exoskeletons. And all of this without the need...

Well, a repair droid would be redundant if we had self-repair autofunctions but if we don\'t get nanobots for our ships then it\'d be nice to have repair droids :P
A mining bot would be cool too, it detects ores and automatically digs to them, then it stores them in its inventory ready for you...
Droids can be easily replaced, just go to a shop and buy components to make one
Humans, on the other hand, have to respawn at an undeathinator, so unless your ship is at a station where the human spawned at, good luck :P
