Sounds more like an issue with people being unable to fly properly than a game problem tbh. Max speed is practically never reached during combat, so it wouldn't really make a difference.

I did think of it earlier, just didn't figure out how to make something nice so I made them static. Well, until now.
And I didn't refit the super turret yet :p . I'm not going to bother until the systems are in the main ship, in case stuff changes again.
Mini-update: I changed the super weapon output port again. It always annoyed me how it just awkwardly stuck out, which isn't the case anymore.
I also made it look sturdier. Ithirahad was right, it did look a bit flimsy XD
Well, I don't see what the difference would be. You'd still have to craft those extractors if you want to use them on a starting planet (so basically you have to hand mine).
That's all up to the server config tbh.

Just being able to assign an area to an AI fleet would be nice. Like, after chasing/killing the threat they return to their position, instead of drifting far away and becoming useless.
Malacodor , you use turrets, drones (AI ships), hire someone that's on a different timezone OR don't capture stuff that you can't defend.
To be honest, lack of activity is an entirely different problem.
