      Power 2.1 doesn't suck.

By the way, I believe I know how to fix integrity. Necessary Integrity Fixes This *should* stop the lag and the cube-shaped systems.

      Necessary Integrity Fixes

Removing the ability to make a "buffer" of extra integrity would fix the cube-system meta, but would not alleviate lag from integrity recalculations or explosions. Also, Necessary Change #2 causes spaghetti monsters to die MUCH faster. Explosions just don't do much to them, so it takes a while...

      Power 2.1 doesn't suck.

The crap that I was referring to (which you said you liked and I have no idea why) is the stick meta, and an exploit to the new stabilizer changes that made stick meta more powerful. The exploit appears to be patched now.

      Starmade memes

Once the game's released, they need to pay for some actual advertising. Like ad bars on sites and stuff. And before you ask, yes, I know that's pretty high dollar.

Oh? So you liked stick meta?

      Necessary Integrity Fixes

Two game-breaking problems: Cube-group meta. Since having more than 0 integrity creates an additional "buffer" against integrity explosions, cube shaped system groups (NOT cube shaped ships) are always the most durable. This limits creative freedom. Lag. Recalculating integrity and spawning...

      Power 2.1 doesn't suck.

We just need a configurable minimum angle between stabilizers to get the bonus. It's only mostly fixed. EDIT: As of 200.334, it doesn't *look* like you can pull that crap anymore. If it's still possible, turn it into phabricator as a private exploit report. The weapon update is the other half...

      Starmade memes

Major changes are happening to the game! Quick! Post all the chair memes again! Maybe we'll get them this time!

      Power 2.1 doesn't suck.

I mean, they fixed the stabilizers, so probably. Right now Schema's busy finishing what amounts to the other half of the power update, so I wouldn't expect much fixing/changing right now. Hopefully we do get a quick patch to turn off integrity's industrial vacuum cleaner, though.

List of All Ship Reactors, and Their Functions

There's only one type of reactor. It makes power. You need stabilizers to get full power out of it, and to keep the reactor from exploding as easily. Stabilizers work better when they're farther away, but if you put more stabilizers on different sides of the reactor, you can put them closer...

      Power 2.1 doesn't suck.

Power 2.1, the new power with modified stabilizer mechanics, doesn't actually suck. You know what did suck? Power 2.0. That was a mess. That's mostly fixed now. Go figure! You know what still sucks? Integrity. That needs to be fixed. Cube-system meta isn't cool. Those power stream things kind...

      Saber's Thread

Saber , we are currently missing the corner shape's antithesis, and it's a huge pain in some cases. The game will never be finished without that shape...

      You Have Failed Us

You can make decent design choices for a lot of things that way, but the nature of Starmade makes it hard to predict what a change will do, even compared to other voxel games.

      You Have Failed Us

Schema doesn't play for fun enough. It's a problem.

Replace Missile Tracking From Slave To A New System

Tracking type really should be independent of things like range, rate of fire, and multi-munitions.

Add Banking to Shop Module Function

I'm not sure that fractional reserve will work in a universe where credits have a tendency to just "disappear." The space station fee and the personal equipment would have to drop the money back into the money supply somehow, and there would need t0 be a way to deal with credits being lost in space.

      Kupu's thread

One. More. Shape. Just one. We should get this before colored glass doors. We should have gotten this before 3D objects. We should have gotten this before slabs. We should have gotten this before ice wedges. We should have gotten this when we got tetras and heptas. BUG REPORT: Missing block...

Is anyone able to do anything with shipyards?

It would be nice if shipyards could be fixed once the big changes to ships are done. i.e. after the weapon update, fix the new issues and the old recurring never-fixed issues. In all honesty, we'll probably be waiting a year for the universe update, if not more. But hey, surprise me, Schema. Go...

      You Have Failed Us

*builds an effigy of the missing agree button and hits it with a truck* I'll probably like it once the weapon update's in, and Schema fixes all the stupid parts of both updates. For now, it's tolerable.
