Salvage storage across entities - Removable cargo pods

I strongly support the idea stated in the header.

      Lead Indicator

Did you not see my post about 500 Hours in StarCon? Bro. My aim can still use a lot of work. If you think that all things should take on a learning curve, try to shoot a guy who's flopping over the keyboard from at least 3000 meters away (maybe more than 30*the tiny ship distance). Stuff...

      Ai patrol block

Even though this would only be really useful for AI ships, it's still something that I would support as an integration with the AI block.

      Lead Indicator

The AI's can already aim ahead of the target, essentially having this in-built. Anybody who has turrets basically uses this all of the time. This is not cheating, if the computer can use it (and frankly not land any good hits on me easily), then so can we.

      Read by Council Unconstrained Steering

Agreed with the idea, although Kaamio explained the first quarrel that I had in mind. The second is (a bit OCD here) that I like to be able to use the 'c' button to align my ship with universal forward. I'd like to keep that implemented somehow.

      The Solar Threat

      Agreed.

      Lead Indicator

I've played over 500 Hours in a game called 'Star Conflict.' There's no way that I'd be where I am in the game without the lead indicator. It's just another target, and you can jitter and squirm all you want so that you don't get hit by the person who's finally shooting (al least partially)...

      More Block Suggestions

Hi. So, I've been working on a torpedo launcher and needed some blocks to make it function well (which is what prompted me to post this), as well some other add-ons ideas about blocks that would resolve hangar issues. First, I like activation beams, and not just the kind that are fired by the...

Okay, so I know that I've put this off for a very long time, but here are the versions of interest: .19174 – works properly .19226 - failure This is the gap between the versions that are downloadable via the update that makes my computer unhappy for no apparent reason... If a developer could...

I'm going to post the gap where the game works-doesn't work so that someone can take a look at this and help.

      Uniformization of Entities

CyberTao: Yes-ish, I was hoping something similar for the whole game (minus the speed reduction). I'm glad to hear that this is already a work in progress in that case. starhaiden: That's the cheap way out. Let's assume that you are a lowly farmer who has somehow become rich. Now the admin...

      Uniformization of Entities

So, I've had a bit of a frowny face about this for a while, here he is: :( Anyway, what the topic of this post is about is that I'd like to be able to put engines on a station and/or move it somehow (in the long run). I can understand if this would make a "faction home sector" thing a pain to...

      Magnet Rail Connector

I agree that this is a good idea. However, disconnection is manually incurred on this one, so a logic implement would be nice to have that allows polarized connection status via some extraneous logic circuit. This would allow automatic undocking at the push of a button, ex. undocking tons of...

Okay, now I have a different problem entirely. Now I can't run apt-get because dpkg is unhappy about some java packages. This is what typically happens on my computer. I'm just suprised that it wasn't the drivers that messed me up.

Made sure to update JDK to the newest version. Still not working. Maybe there's a bad call to mdm somewhere?

*Sigh*. Okay, look, I've already installed the version of java that's an RPM for x86 arch using the program alien to convert it to DEB format (I love that program), so even though I don't know which one I'm using I don't think that it's the one for devs. Also, I've already tried swapping out a...

You seem to misunderstand: "we don't use .exe here." Also, I'd still like a solution that doesn't involve messing around with my drivers. That's my "danger zone."

I forgot to specify... I run Linux Mint latest stable release with KDE, and I don't like to mess around with my drivers at all since most of the time I have this thing rigged to go up in smoke without even knowing it. Also, I would give the error messages if I know how to find them. I hope...
