      I mean, if it is the design you want you can find the "outcasts" "scavengers" and "traders" (names might be wrong, might want to search for ship names like kukri or spade and then back peddle) folders in your starmade files and copy all the blueprints to your "blueprints" folder.       Not possible. You can build your own ships, create a fleet, and order them to defend a sector. All manually. Otherwise I believe you can make custom NPC factions that act like all other factions but I'm not sure how to do this.

      I can't speak for all servers. Just that Some PvP servers are more strict then others. A quick glance at the server rules or a quick chat with an admin can save you from having to restart on another server because you stole the wrong ship.
