Perhaps go the way of most sci-fi and have the trade off. Yes regular hull should not cost anything to cloak amount or at least not as much as it does now. The drawback is that when cloak is active, shields are not and with the recharge rate introduced recently for shields, it gives an avenue...

the bobbies are fairly accessible without undocking the turrets, the faction module is designed to be underneath so as to prevent tampering easily. you need to undock then activate then dock again.

ah yep i know which bug it is. will fix. You can\'t export the schematic of a ship that\'s currently docked, otherwise that bug happens. So you have to undock it.

yeah i\'m still fiddling about with it but the shape is really difficult to get, we\'ll see what happens with it but for the sake of this build i\'m not going to spend hours trying to get it just right.
