Not the longest of ship, but most certainly plump and tall. It looks very good, I must concur with those others who express that opinion here it follows a simple and clean design aesthetic but has details where they are needed.

you don't need space, really, alot of the embelishments you just put over the current hull, they add a little bit of mass and a small bit of protection to boot. just have a little play around to see what looks good, even something so simple as some lines and panels of blocks just to make it loo...

Thankyou, Ipwn! Black and red was my original colorscheme, but the server I began to play on had another faction that used that (and its quite common besides) so I mostly switched over to Yellow and red for the Supernova stuff and white for the Jovian stuff

Mort, as I understand it, being part of the society without leaving your faction is absolutely possible. It's a Society, not an empire, after all. And I like your frigate! It looks solid and nice, you could start by embellishing the plain sections. Think of things like vents, lights, armor...
