I suggest this, in event of conflicting claims of victory, this could be used. "Both sides claimed victory. Faction X achieved:, Faction Y achieved" It is not the role of the record keeper to deal with any of the faction bickering, we will just leave results there and let the "reader" decide...

I dunno, In Australia, council elections are compulsory, enforced by a fine. Most of us just go in to get named marked off and dump ballot into bin, because our reps are all crappy. No hype, just sadness :p

I dont think this is a good idea till collision lag is sorted. Imagine the horrors of 2 500m ship ramming each other? Then imagine the horrors of 2 700m ships ramming each other. The lag would be unbearable :p
