I think schine's plan is to have a chair or pilot seat or something the you can slave to the core, and when you sit in it you can fly the ship, go into build mode etc.

The idea is that warheads are still let through, but missiles are blocked. This is so that warhead torpedoes and bombs are used more often, because atm everyone seems to be using planet-destroying missile launchers.

Maybe make it so that when you right click with it selected, it opens up a new GUI with lots of buttons that you can label and click?

Ok, maybe the idea that it drains power with every hit is a bad idea. Other than that, what balance points would you suggest? I actually like the idea of enhanced shielding, but i do think that maybe starships could just have these dotted around all over making them practically invulnerable...

You cut out the rest of my comment lol. I said that the lights would remember what state they were in according to input, so even if they had no power they could be considered on or off, they just wouldn't light up unless there was power.

This is a great idea, but hasn't it been already been implemented through the galaxy map? Just select the sector you want to go to and set a waypoint.

I think this would be pretty cool, and the flickering idea does sounds interesting, but i don't understand how it would mess with logic. Just stick a power block on your system and it will work! Even if there is no power, the lights will remember which state they are in depending on their logic...

Imo limit to 3, but if you didn't then i would prpbably pay around £3-£4 for another skin slot.

Ok the whole space empire thing sounds pretty cool, i just think there should be a safe place for everyone. It sucks when you've just started a faction with your friends and your whole base gets obliterated by an end game boss in a titan. Hopefully they keep the homebase protection in future

Ok, it just seems a little odd to me that a system would be able to fire the exact same thing using energy or physical matter. I suppose a good suggestion would be to make the "ammunition" a consumable upgrade, while still using energy as the primary cost per shot - every shot has a certain buff...
