Implemented Armor/Hull is Worse than Useless

Combine passive punch, pierce, and advanced hull, and you've got a surprisingly strong armor shell. You just need to COMMIT to hull armoring. A handful of blocks thick isn't going to do anything. Ships are supposed to be between 1/3 and 1/2 shield modules- replace a lot of it with lots of hull...

      Planned Starmade as an Astronaut

Warheads ignore the shields of the thing they are placed on. I believe they do 5% shield damage (regardless of shield numbers) to targets, if the Blood and Steel crew are to be believed...

      Recognized Increase Dumbfire Missile Speed

Alright. How about 5.5 or 6? They need to have some speed advantage over sniper missiles. This still gives cannons a large velocity advantage over missiles, while making dumbfires viable at medium-long ranges. Plus, it makes PD more likely to be able to take them down.

      Recognized Increase Dumbfire Missile Speed

Alright, cannon speed might be too fast, but seriously, have you ever tried to use dumbfires? They're worthless. 7x or 8x might be more fair for dumbfires. And why use cannons? Well, things like pierce and punch, for one. Plus, point defense is a thing.

      Recognized Increase Dumbfire Missile Speed

Dumbfire (both rapid and standard) Missiles should have the same (or nearly) speed as a cannon shot. This is, in my opinion, the best way to make the dumbfire missile variants a viable weapon type.

      StarSide Blood and Steel Tournament

It was fun fighting you. Hope you participate in the next Blood and Steel, whenever that'll be.

      Increased Rotation on Display Modules

Plexlifters are pretty much being phased out for Rails anyway, which we'll be getting in the next update. They'll be left in as to not break old designs, but few people will still use them.

Recognized Weapons can have one extra link

There are so many ways this could be overpowered that there's no way I can support this. I mean, rapid fire lock ons, for one.

      Shields and turrets

An entity can only take damage from a missile one time. However, turrets are separate entities, so the shields would be hit twice or more times.

      Shields and turrets

If ships are protected by the main ships shields, you'll end up with massively turreted ships. Large ships won't focus on forward facing weapons, they'll have dozens and dozens of ships with superior turning speed slapped all over them instead. And there won't even be a counter for it, besides...

blocks losing their connection should cause their destruction

Exploding on disconnect? No thank you. There is a break-off feature that already exists, though. If a bit is disconnected by weapons fire it becomes a new entity.

Customizing NPC (and player) looks - mix'n'match skins

Daisy is a reference to the song that HAL 9000 sings. It's a 2001 reference, just like Dave (main astronaut) As for renaming, you can already rename NPCs.

      Shields and turrets

Big ships shouldn't be vulnerable to small ships. However, turrets are, by nature, a small ship themselves. So, a fighter should be able to take them down. You can't expect a machinegun to take down an aircraft carrier, yes, but in Starmade, all weapons (should) have equal DPS, so a machinegun...

      Cubatoms

Nanites are the canonical reason as to how factories work. Surprisingly, multiple games can use a concept like "nanites" (which could do the same kinds of things IRL if we could build them reliably yet anyway). I'll give you a moment to sit down and breath if you need it after that shocking...

      How to make Astrotech useful

I believe that astrotechno beams are going to be able to repair destroyed blocks according to the blueprint shipwide while drawing blocks from storage with the HP system, and repairing partially damaged blocks without cost. Could Calbiri or Bench back me up on this? kupu?

      healing beam

Pretty sure he's referring to the fact that the handheld beams come out of or slightly above your character's crotch region. Yeah, that's in definite need for a fix.

      Future of Starmade?

I'd like to see some examples of this. I mainly see people asking for the game to be more challenging after you overcome the isanths, so... not sure where you got this idea.

      Future of Starmade?

Your opinion that the gameplay isn't fun currently doesn't mean that the game is a creative building game. The game doesn't even have a creative mode, only survival (or, limited resources, anyway).
