      Missile part of the super weapon is all finished and hooked up with logic, a pre-build came out which contains the copy/paste fix :D. All that's left to do is the beam portion, and that shouldn't take very long.

      Yea, that's pretty much the only reason I could see for using racks. It all depends if we can undock stuff from shipyards automatically or not (because if we can then racks will become unnecessary)

      Right? I generally try to build with some physical connection between parts, but that's not always possible. I can't imagine how many designs would become invalid if break-off was made default.
