I think Schema added a Patch for that - 3- where it Now loads your Faction Tag before your Character, where as before you would spawn before the faction tag, making AI see you as Neutral.
There is no "Main" weapon o -o The new system is a Fusion of weapons types - 3- I dunno, some of the weapons will be more useful verus shields I assume, and some more effective against "Hull", but your suggestion would not really help in any sense of Balancing methinks - 3-

AI is to be overhauled with the Dave NPCs (which you control with Ctrl btw :p) but that would be handy yes o -o Being able to set priority Targets would be Handy in a Fleet battle, when the Game can handle it.

The Shield block is the "SD Shield Disperser", I dont see how you got "Anti matter deflector". I assume the idea is to Spread the energy/impact over an area and eventually the Disperser overloads (hence "shields down")

Large ships inherently are s'pose to have a slight weakness to Smaller ship, depending on turret coverage to counter them. But with the current system, All a Large ship is, is a Oversized Fighter :/
