I personally recommend not accepting tully, he does not listen to superiors as shown in his time in the Colonists. He and another member of the faction started some arguments and such and would not listen when their superiors told them to stop. You can look for it in the post if you want more proof.

As much as I would love this, where is the benefit? There is no single large server so I see no real benefit. I suppose the leaders could all talk and help each other out and such with ideas... Maybe a better idea would be to create a sort of council? The leaders of the factions meet and share...
