Btw; I am making a MUCH bigger version with more firepower (4 shot planet kill so far,) tractor beam, and damage pulses to chew up ships you suck in. I'm wondering if you guys would prefer and update to the current download or a separate one? :) Edit: Adding a poll :D

Performance isn't a world-wide problem, you just need a good machine. My laptop can run the game at 400 - 460 fps.

I believe Crimson Artist made the working elevator you speak of. I also have but it isn't uploaded anywhere, I made it on a planet. Yea, they have four more days if they wanna finnish it before Christmas. ;)

Excellent idea! :) This would bring a lot of more jobs on servers and some more reasons to explore. Areas with more common ores could end up as wars though.

It should work great. Made it yesterday and tested it on a planet and a pirate base. :) Added some more pictures of it. Noticed the only one I had wasn't a good representation.;)

Collision damage drones! :D NOTE: keptick was replying to Snk asking if a dock armor plate was a drone. Forgot to multiquote... And hey! You could combine the draining beam with a damage beam for range and add an EMP effect (if possible with draining beams) to create Shutdown Drones :P

Yea, then you would have to maybe be ON the planet to blow it up easier. Making it more dangerous. Maybe hull (below standard) could get burned up in the atmosphere.

xD Go say that on this thread, lot's of people want it. Apparently one of the station I attacked had long range cannons and rapid fire damage beams... Not to mention turrets being in very hard to shoot at places and OP shields. I believe the creators did think about defense.

Ever tried the Minecraft mod Enviromine? Temperature gets a little annoying when it comes to environments of varying temperature. Maybe players could buy a spacesuit upgrade that needs fuel (ice crystals for cooling mechanic and lava for heating?) and could keep your temperature moderate?
