I've always supported the idea of fuel being needed to complete FTL jumps, with said fuel being refined from resources gathered from a theoretical gas giant. Pretty sure if these gas giants were spread thin enough eventually people would start fighting over them

Going from what skoomer wanted when I was tester, he didn't want to release FTL without revamping universe generation to feel more realistic. So I'm guessing that FTL and universe generation will roll out in the same update, if not very close to one another. PFFFFFFT golly I owe a lot of people...
