Yup. There's rotational dampening and inertial dampening IIRC, setting these to 0 should act similarly to real world physics.

Rotators should have a system similar to the rail speed controller, by which you can control how many degrees it traverses via the attachment of multiple activators, the proportion of which are on to total determining the portion of a circle it goes around.

I was thinking it could be more like the speed control system, want to do half a circle? have one activator attached off and one on. Want to make a logic contraption that can point the rail in all 360° from any position? It'll take space but you can.

I might have tried that and it might have exploded in my face :P
