I dont see why having 4 stars on your content even matters. 4 stars just means it is good, but has room to improve. I find it kind of sad reading this thread and seeing that everyone has to post 5 stars or nothing at all >_>. What happened to honest opinion?
I think 1k blocks per slot is a bit small, maybe 10-50k would be a better range. Otherwise you would have to spend lots of unnecessary time going back and forth between your storage when building.
I'm just curious on how the appeal system would work. Would it be over E-mail? I don't plan on causing trouble, but I would like to know as clarification because I am a little bit confused.
Off topic, but I have to....

Food as something that wont force me to make it would be nice, but I don't think adding food tediousness is worth it when Starmade could go in a much better direction.
Maybe food could be used for healing or buffs in personal combat, but not as sustenance.

I think this would make the game too MMO-like. I dont think that is what the Schine team wants. However, I do agree that we need gradual progression so it's not going from shuttle to titian all the time.
I wouldn't mind the overheating too badly (though it would be quite annoying for my ship specifically designed with just enough regen to keep it alive while fighting pirates) The exploding is a reject for me.
I made a (Not working) Nintendo DS out of legos because I wanted one so bad. (Like, seriously, it had a slot in the back for 'cartridges' and everything)
I for one, think our ID spaces should be saved for something else, like tractor beams, minelayers, new weapons, new decoration blocks, things with something new to add to the table.
I dont like this idea. Ships shouldn't decay, because all that does is add hassle. Nobody wants so fly everywhere across the galaxy just to keep their fleet of defense drones operational or to manage to keep all their ships and stations operational if they dont have a lot of time every day on a...
It would't be a benefit, because drones should be able to be configured to be as useful as possible. A group of 5 drones with the firepower of 10 would make easier targets, but also have a better success rate of destroying their opponent first because of their increased damage.

I dont like this system. It restricts players, and encourages solo play where you aren't limited. Also, anyone below Engineer can't use factories or something? Where the hell does everyone else get their stuff then?
Currently, with that system, nobody with a decent salvager would be able to mine a planet correctly because of lagspikes. One second they'd have a ship, the next, all the salvagers are gone. This would increase the amount of half-mined planets servers would have because players fear they will...
Weapons.... are made for battle..... Having a big gun means you deal more damage, not have something pretty to leave in your shipyard and never move.
I also disagree with this idea, because some people (*Cough* me *Cough) Like to build "Ships" that are just large weapons in space, like a...
