      I think their ability to find players is good because it adds a level of seriousness to the npc empires. they are empires after all they probably have contacts everywhere. What i think we need are better ways for us players to track other players down.

      Is it the plan to make credits or blocks the core currency of StarMade? For example, it used to be credits, now on most servers shield capacitors are good bartering material (since they are needed a lot and relatively hard to make).

      All you have to do is hull damage to the pirate base. It doesn't matter if you destroy half the station or one block, it will trigger a wave. You could just down the shields and give the base a little tap with some weapon and your done.
