It's on rails so it tries to move upwards. It cannot move upwards if and only if the turrets have moved. I do a simple check to see if it moved up successfully and if it didn't I output a signal.

Have you noticed the other issue with logic where it takes ages for the connections to load? I have to wait 30 minutes for my 16-bit registers to start...
So your computer is 8-bit?
I tried to make a 16-bit processor but it just crashes the game from lag which leads me to believe that your "computer" isn't really using a processor. You said you can read/write memory but do you have an ALU?
