I don't think this used to happen, but a blueprint that is saved and respawned doesn't preserve the output location for antimatter weapons, however the missles appear to stay the same (which I beleive is new). On that note, it would also be good if you were able to tell which missle was set to...
Select the lock on missle in your hot bar while in flight mode, switch the build mode and switch back. The reticle should become larger and allow you to lock on.

I'm crazy and I like my stuff symmetrical which in some ways isn't possible when the width of a ship/weapon chunk is of an even number. It bothers me when I have to put my cockpit slightly to the left or the right of the centre of my ship and also when I have a cluster of weapons blocks that...
+1 to shields not recharging while under fire. At this point it\'s possible to have ships attacking eachother non stop without any possibility of either\'s demise.
Also perhaps shield power should be dispersed over the entirety of the ship i.e. 10 shield blocks on a small ship is more effective...
