    Hello players,



    We are almost at release state. Thanks to all the people that send in reports! I'm going to focus mostly on the reports now, as well as the debug info I get from the testserver, videos, and streams.

    There is still an GL_INVALID_OPERATION error on startup with some graphics cards. I added some extra debug to hopefully find and get rid of that as well soon.

    If you get a chunk error, please send in a manual report (CrashAndBugReport menu in the connection setup & preferences screen). The errors are fortunately not data loss as normally a relog will bring them back. I still need to fix it nonetheless.

    Here is the changelog:
    - when GUI is disabled, indicators in build mdoe are no longer drawn
    - settings no longer reset to default if one setting is no longer valid
    - using btwise operations on shader for graphics cards that support them (small fps boost for those cards)
    - fixed crash when more then one item is sold to a player shop at a price of 0 credits (divide by zero)
    - fixed crash when recording screenshot or give with framebuffers and anti-aliasing activated (still minor bug with white background on screenshot)
    - improved error response when shadows are not supported on a graphics cards
    - fixed crash when in rotating cam mode and changing sectors
    - fixed occasional crash in cubatom panel when dragging from hotbar
    - put in some extra debug info to find the GL_INVALID_OPERATION that is happening on some cards
    Please be especially careful with this pre-build if you plan to use it on a server, and even in single player please make sure you backup your database before you use this build. Also please don't use this build to work on big projects, as i can't guarantee the data generated by the pre-build to be 100% error free, because a database migration has to be done from the old version.

    I have posted about this in the big section, but I have not seen anything in the notes regarding these bugs. ()http://youtu.be/InW_YbOVv70). are you aware if these bugs? The main bug is the AI tends to ignore the shop safety zone if you 1 spawn a crew member, 2 enter a build core, or 3 activate an AI. This is a rather important bug.

    if the modders can do it you can too. we would love to see planets this big in game. i know you can do it!

    Please make it so that collision damage doesn\'t ignore shields. It just seems silly that a bit of dirt can damage the ship when raw anti-matter cant

    that would ruin the whole thing about collision damage because nobody would be taking damage then.

    no, plowing into an asteroid in a lightly shielded ship should smash the ship. I am asking for more than if collision then boom

    Thanks for the link. I see what I can do. I would need a manual report of the white background though, since that is probably hardware/setting specific

    Well the AI part of the video was the important part. But I\'ll do the manual report for the white screen part.

    I really don\'t like collision damage, if the game is going to be like space engineers I\'ll never fly a ship again, Or race on a planet.

    If he does add collision damage, their should be rubber hulls we could use for building wheels to be used on a planet or something :D

    You obviously haven\'t tried the prebuild. Collision damage is a serverside option, along with breakoff. Don\'t like collision damage? Don\'t use it.

    Hey Jan long time brother! Rubber wheels would be awesome ..or a customizable block that could move on an arch ie. Set it to 45° and watch it fold out ...could be used for legs or foldable wings or pop out turrets ...id love to see this addition! Again good to see an old comrade Jan!

    I did try the Prebuild why would I comment if I didn\'t? I never turn that option on, whats your problem?

    Hi Brother forlorn, I kind got the idea from GamingWithSaber on youtube, watching them race is a lot of fun. Hope to see you on the server again. And the coming update is going to be cool!
