sadly my plan did not work. Anything i do to try and play the new build fails, so for now i will have to play on my girlfriends computer when she is at work (sad face). I do thank everyone for thier help in trying to figure this out!

i have deleted and redownloaded with firewalls off, on, started with admin mode, without admin mode, restarted computer and check all router and ports with no luck.
