    The former leader of the former United Earth Industries. Designing small, albeit non-aesthetical, ships this small faction did fairly well, teaming with the DFN, RA, and Brotherhood. Due to technical difficulties and assassination attempts, he handed over UEI ownership to former Commander in Chief Xeno Alpha. During that time, Spies, Saboteurs, and multiple assassins got in, and RA leader ObiShawnKenobi effectively shut down the UEI. Using his founder powers, Marshal handed over copyrights and blueprints as well as stations and current active ships to Mister Vec, "Great Leader and Liberator" of the Vecrecordean Fleetworks.
    But now, since the VFW has become unresponsive, Marshal put the UEI back in business, and is designing a few Warships and upgrading the old MkIs and MkII fighters to current specs with the increasingly powerful enemies and threats being hurled at him.
