you can already turn the animations off. just go to block editor under modding, find the animated blocks turn animated to false and save.

Ok, I'm one of the people who is having a FPS drop near planets and stations, my FPS drops from 150 to 6 near a planet. However when I turn Bloom on my FPS raises to 20 and it stays around this point but my max FPS (when not looking at a planet drops to 30). Clearly there is something wrong...

yeah I know but the ship was in the first place build for the looks not really for use in real battle, but I guess it shouldn\'t be to hard to upgrade the shields since there is lots of empty space in the ship :)
