WIP (no name yet) Titan

    Updated stats:
    - 790million shield and 22mi/sec
    - 4.591.017 mass
    - 229million e/sec

    I wanted a Titan ship with massive firepower and came up to this:
    - 756 million alpha strike (16,8mi dps) with primary weapon;
    - 188mi shield with 12,7mi/sec;
    - 10b power 193,7mi/sec;
    - 3.368.562 mass (29.009.645 blocks + turrets);
    - L: 1531m, H: 245m, W: 773m;
    - 2 escort destroyers docks;
    - a hangar with room for 54 refited isanth type-Zero (i wanted a fighter and the titan is taking too long);
    - 12 rpg turrets, 12 flak turrets; 6 beam turret; 6 ion-beam turret; 2 tatical turret.

    I need to set the game to run on 8Gb so it not freeze, it takes 10min-15min to load the ship.

    Is there a way to upload the file of the ship? Its folders has 275mb and the sment has 35mb.

    I am opened to any sugestion, included the name of the ship.

    Okay, titans are a serious investment in time to look good. It will probably take you a year or two to get this to a decent state. I don't want to offend you or drive you off of this game. That isn't my goal. My goal is to give you tips that should make your builds look better. Now, that does mean I have to point out what's wrong with your builds. Please don''t take it the wrong way. With that said, inside the spoiler is some criticism.

    The shell is too blocky. Bevel the edges (even a 2-block bevel is enough to make them look better. Try to smooth out the front of it.
    One thing you can do is cut a 1-block line through the hull and put glowing crystal behind it.

    this is Rumcajz's work.
    See how he cut those lines into the hull, and most importantly, kept it interesting by making the lines not straight? Also, for bonus points you can put crystal behind the armor and add depth variations to different panels.

    Your engine blocks don't need to be exposed, and those huge blocks of engines slapped on the hull, again not trying to be rude, don't do that. It adds nothing to the asthetics. Exposing lines of engines is fine, using them for details is also fine. Engines for ships tend to look like these.

    Your weapons ports are currently flat bits of glowyness. Break them up a bit.

    This one is mine

    Your bridge needs details. Antennas can be made from light rods or normal blocks, or do both. Don't be afraid to turn off symmetry.

    Turrets are rather boxy, flat, and undefined. Bevel the edges, paint them up, add antenna, make them pretty.

    I am not ofende at all, i thank you the time and interest to review the details, in 80+ views you are the only one posting feedback.
    This is my first non system block ship, this was last than a month work (i bought this game on steam in jan 31, 2015), and i wanted to believe it will not take 1-2 years, but now i am seeing it was not so easy.

    I missed feedback with its specs.

    What specs are good or bad is really dependent on the server environment that you're using it in. The one thing I notice is your alpha-strike is much larger than your shields, so you might want to rebalance those.
    Here's the thing about it taking a year: YOu can do a pass in maybe a month and improve it. But by that time, you'll have improved, and want to do another detailing pass, and that one will take longer. Making a ship won't take that long. Making a ship look great will take that long.

    I am building offline, using default server configuration.

    Just adding shield, now it has 529mi shield and 18mi/sec regen (power regen is now 220mi/sec). Do i need keep adding shield or this is enought?

    Yes 4 million mass, and still unfinished, lots of holes in the hull, no interior... i just hopes my computer is up to the job of finishing her.

    The new version of the flak turret and the RPG turret.
    The flak has 4 machine gun barrel (cannon+100% cannon+ 100% explosion) each "bullet" do 500 damage (2 bullet destroys a advance armor), and 4 SAM silos (missile +100% beam + 100% explosion) 13,5k damage each missile.
    The RPG has 3 barrel (missile +100% cannon +100% explosion) each RPG do 150k damage (150k dps the 3 barrels), 4 heavy SAM silos, 67k damage each missile, and 2 stop beams.

    Definitly improving, but still kind of bland. Try cutting out slits in the hull on along the barrel. And also put lines down the hulls of the turrets as well.
