Star Wars Ship Build Request

The ship I want is the X-70B Phantom-class prototype ship from Star Wars the Old Republic.

The problem with a ship like that is even building it to scale, its probably too small to represent all those curves properly. If it wasnt so streamlined i'd consider giving it a go.

It is a very pretty ship though.

There is a star wars shipyard that takes requests. They make fighter craft 1:2 scale I think.

It is a .rar and I don't know how to install .rar or .zip

Everything you need to know can be provided through Google. =)

Rather straight forward.
Download and install 7-Zip.
Once installed, download the provided blueprint rar file.
Once downloaded, right-click on the blueprint rar file and select '7-Zip' -> 'Extract Files...'
When prompted for a location to extract to, select your StarMade blueprints directory.
Select OK on the dialog.
Done.

You are now well on your way to knowing how to work with .rar and .zip files.
Have fun with your new ship!
