    Hello,

I've built and huge ship and I didn't think the core being in a bad spot would be a problem because I could move it in Smedit, but I found I was extremely wrong. Is there any work around to be able to open my blueprint, or some other way to do it? Thanks for any response.

    Regards,

if you have a good pc,you can copy the whole ship, and paste it so that your core is in a better place

Yeah, I've tried that but I'm on a decent laptop, but not strong enough for that =\

You can go piece by piece as well, copy say a 25x25x25 chunk and paste it on a new ship core, slowly work your way over. I don't know how big your big ship is though, so no idea how long that would take.

So I've been copying and pasting it with chunks much larger than 25x25x25. And I've noticed that I'll paste it and then it will like delete part it's self like but not all of what i pasted? any fixes??

If it's big enough, the core place shouldn't matter because if your shields go down in a massive fight then you are dead.
