download problem

when i wanted to instal the update (0.885) the upload stopped at 75% and then it says failure
anyone knows how to re-install the launcher without losing my files?

Because the only fix that comes to mind is simple:
Redownload the launcher.
If you fear to loose your data, keep the malfunctioning launcher. Also, make sure the location at which StarMade is installed isn't protected by admin privileges.

That or people have no idea. I think 20 views and no posts is better than 20 posts saying "I dont know" and possibly burying answers.

well i already tried from the launcher itself (there is a download newst launcher button) and i tried to download it from the site (as if i download the game for the first time)

yea thats true

i gues i make a temp map copy some stuff put my backup there uninstall the game and download the game, and then hope that i didn't lose server information (like red shift server)
