I recently purchased Space engineers and was very disatisfied with the small worlds and very small 5 player servers on a daily basis. How many players can be in one server in star made or is the multiplayer server one big sand box? I look forward to your reply thanks.

Servers only have a limit as much as they can handle, depending on your time zone some are more populated than others.

https://starmade-servers.com/ Have a look and pick a server you like. Just a warning that on the extremes of player activity servers can get laggy.

Anyway you can use the demo version if you want to try starmade out, if you are using steam the option is on the right side. Right now the demo is the same version as release with no restrictions but that is very very likely to change in the future.

Right now I see one server with nearly 70 people and a couple in the high 30-40s. So is that plenty for you?
(remember to check past the first page, since many servers use bots to spam votes and increase their position or other means)

I was involved in a 15v15 battle more than a year ago, and the game has been recieving optimizations ever since. The worlds are essentially infinite, and they're going to get more complex as the game progresses.

The question is not whether you should buy the game, rather it is whether you can afford rehab for your starmade addiction.

Starmade is definitely worth 9 dollars. I'm glad I got my copy for 6.

Also, didn't SE recently release infinite worlds?

So by purchasing early, we are guaranteed a fully functioning final copy when it comes out, even if we paid a ridiculously low price?

In all honesty, I gained more friends in three years playing Starmade than all the other communities I've been a part of combined. Best $3 spent in my entire life.

Yes. Of course, extra donations are always welcome.

Yes, DO buy Starmade. Buying it now guarantees that you have the most amazing space sandbox ever made (probably :p).

    Do it.
    DO IT.
    DO IT NOW.

i bought minecraft because the thought appealed to me playing virtual lego technic with friends building crazy castles and farms... well starmade is lego technic but building spaceships instead and fly them around and that is just alpha! so yeah i mean you came here to hear yes that you should buy it right? i mean you won't get an unbiased opinion on the topic here, and you were aware of that? it is definitely worth the buck but the thought of building spaceships to fly them around and build more should appeal to you :)
