Docking, Ship orientates weird!

Hey!

Yesterday, I bought StarMade from Steam and I really like the game so far. There's only one thing that bothers me: If I dock on my finaly made station, the ship docks orientated the wrong way. Where it should be facing up, it now faces right, which is pretty annoying

Any help would be appriciated!

That is likely caused by docking on the side of the station, not the front, back, top or bottom. When entering the a buildblock on the station, and try to place a block, the arrow within the yellow blox indicating where you are placing the block will point from the back to the front of the station, unless you were rotating the block using advanced buildmode. Pressing 'C' while within a ship will also align you with the station.

Sorry, but are you telling me I should press "c" when docking? Or do I just have to reshape my station?

Well, if this issue is bothering you very much, the only solution would be to reshape the station. Pressing 'C' while within a not docked ship will align you with the "universal north", to which all stations are aigned normally. Pressing 'C' while docked will not do anything, unless you're in a turret-dock, in which case it'll reset your rotation.

Well, what sort of videos should i be looking for, the game changes so much; there's almost no up-to date video.
[DOUBLEPOST=1420915732,1420915651][/DOUBLEPOST]Oh, I'd be so happy if those would be changed, it just annoys me i can only get my ships docked looking at one place. Even if you buy one of those really big stations, all the docking places are wrong...
