ElwynEternity Sector traversal agreement

Due to the growth of several factions near spawn on EE, I propose an agreement to ease access to the spawn-shops, and allow new factions access to territory on the outskirts of the galaxy once every system around spawn is claimed.

Spoiler: Definitions

• A: a faction/party agreeing to this agreement
• B: another faction/party agreeing to this agreement

Terms:

1. By agreeing to this agreement, A allows B to move any property of B through systems belonging to A, provided jumping and moving are the only actions members of B perform while within systems belonging to A.
2. On request from B A may extend the list of permitted operations for a traversal.
   1. Any actions added to the list this way may be removed by A at any moment, provided it is assured all members of B are informed.
3. On a request from an involved faction/party, the list of permitted actions during a traversal may be extended, provided all involved factions/parties agree.
   1. Any actions added to the list this way may only be removed if all involved factions/parties agree
4. If solid proof is provided, that a faction/party does not follow these terms, it will be excluded from this agreement. Other factions/parties are NOT obligated to punish the violating party.
5. If all involved factions/parties agree, the terms of this agreement may be changed.

If a faction agrees to this agreement, it's current head should state so in this thread.

I agree but until the whole TE cr thing goes away I doubt it will happen...

Well, it should still be possible to enter a sector for an attack without violating this agreement, provided one informs the attacked faction of the attack beforehand.

Well as head of state lol, CR does agree to to this arrangement. On the grounds that it will be followed. I will like to add, if an hostile faction request permission, it will be denied, and all hostile entries in our system. Will prompt a response. Factions who agree to this are able to shop at our headquarter shop which is stocked, upon request to enter the sector area.

Now, that all necessary paperwork is done, I shall state:

The Lazarus Imperium agrees to this agreement. It also permits everyone allowed to enter it's sectors the use of it's warpgates, unless it is stated otherwise in the permission. However, enemies will be denied permission until a ppt is established.

A peace treaty without an appended expiration date. Unless someone violates the terms, it will always exist
