I don't bother with building mechas in starmade because they look WRONG with the legs not moving :\
Would be cool if the game have rotational blocks though (for leg joints, door, blah, blah, blah).

I've been contemplating switching to Space Engineers. Its more technical aspect draws more of my attention. I'll probably still play Starmade, but I have reached a bit of a stall point with my latest design.

Thanks for that last comment! The Drury was a bitch to build, but it's the greatest thing I've built in any free-world game.
