Well see we don't mind going to war, but at the same time we don't want to be seen bullying a shipyard faction. Debbie is just being a kid as usual, it really nothing to be to angry or intimidated about.

I'm able to play again, and so the faction is now under my command for the forseeable future.
Also, we need shipwrights, for classified reasons.
